How To Get Started

Book a Phone Consultation

We will schedule a time to talk over the phone. During the phone call we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and establish if I would be a good fit to help work with these needs.

Schedule Your First Visit

Once we have establish if I would be a good fit for your therapeutic needs, we can schedule your first appointment. 

 

During You First Visit

Your first visit will be an intake visit and will last a little longer than your weekly visits. We will go over your history, past and present, in order to gain more understanding of your needs and establish therapeutic goals.
